Meet the Echols Team

A shared passion for movement, recovery, and whole-body wellness is at the heart of Xen. Through personalized training and restorative therapies, Jason and Tracy help clients build healthier, stronger, and more balanced lives.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our Mission

At Echols House, our mission is to elevate the human experience through a personalized approach to fitness, performance, recovery, and longevity. Founded on the combined expertise of celebrity trainer Jason Echols and vascular surgeon Dr. Alissa Hart-Echols, Echols House brings together elite-level athletic coaching, evidence-based wellness, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their highest potential—physically, mentally, and personally.

We believe that true wellness extends far beyond physical fitness. Through the discipline of kickboxing as a tool for personal development, purposeful strength training, contrast therapy, mobility, and individualized recovery strategies, we create an environment where physical performance and mental resilience develop together.

Throughout his career, he has trained everyone from everyday clients to professional athletes, including longtime work with NBA Hall of Famer Tim Duncan. His focus remains the same with every client - combining challenging, intelligent training with practical tools that support strength, mobility, confidence, and long-term wellness.

Alissa Echols

VASCULAR SURGEON | WELLNESS ADVOCATE

Alissa brings a medical perspective to Xen’s whole-body approach to wellness. As a vascular surgeon, her background gives her a deep understanding of circulation, cardiovascular health, and the connection between movement, recovery, and overall well-being.

Her perspective complements Jason’s training and wellness philosophy, helping shape Xen into a space focused on intentional care, long-term health, and helping each person feel their best.

OUR FOCUS

Who We Work With

For executives, entrepreneurs, and high-performing professionals, Echols House provides a private sanctuary from the demands of everyday life—a place to alleviate stress, restore balance, build confidence, and invest in long-term health. Every session is an opportunity to step away from professional pressures and dedicate meaningful time to personal growth.

For young athletes, our mission extends to developing the next generation through specialized sports performance enhancement, injury-risk reduction, and movement education. By incorporating kickboxing, ukemi—the art of safe falling and controlled movement—and progressive athletic development, we seek to build stronger, more confident, resilient athletes prepared for the physical and mental challenges of sport and life.
